Product Owner - Digital

As a Product Owner for our Farm Management Software, I am responsible for one of the subdomains of our Horizon farm management system. Together with the development team, my goal is to create the most value for farmers. I collaborate with product management and other domain product owners to create a vision for Horizon, develop a roadmap, and prioritize the product backlog. My main responsibilities include: - Creating and executing a vision together with Product Management, ensuring that my team delivers the most valuable product. - Working with a prioritized product backlog to ensure my team is focused on high-value tasks. - Brainstorming with the Business Analyst, stakeholders, designers, and developers to achieve optimal results for my domain. - Promoting an agile mindset and approach within my team and collaborating with the Scrum Master to elevate team performance. - Making impactful decisions about our current and future work. - Assessing the importance of requests through conversations with stakeholders, understanding customer needs. - Inspiring my development team and brainstorming on the importance of epics and user stories to find the best solutions for implementation. - Translating the product vision into user stories that provide added value for farmers, based on clear problem descriptions and acceptance criteria. - Actively reducing blockers that impact the successful completion of release/sprint goals by the team. - Staying updated on agile/scrum best practices and trends.
